Monarch Beach Resort’s Bourbon Steak was the setting for a spectacular event benefiting UCI’s Anti-Cancer Challenge. More than 150 people gathered at Michael Mina’s flagship to participate and raise money for this very worthy cause. In addition to the always fabulous food from Bourbon Steak, guests enjoyed bubbly, courtesy of Pomar Junction Wines, and special entertainment from local sensation, Will Campisano, who delighted the patrons with his very own blend of music. With a special appearance from Chef Mina himself, it was an exciting evening full of great food, fun, laughter, and most importantly, hope. A silent auction was held, in addition to the proceeds from the evening, with a goal of raising $100,000. We would say mission accomplished!
