
NOBLEMAN joined Montage Laguna Beach for an unforgettable evening celebrating the debut of Studio Mediterranean, a fresh, coastal interpretation of modern Mediterranean dining that brings in that signature California charm.
Hosted by Tilman and Paige Fertitta, alongside Alan J. Fuerstman, Founder and CEO of Montage International, and Victorio Gonzalez, Managing Director of Montage Laguna Beach, the evening brought together an incredible crowd on the oceanfront terrace, setting the tone for a lively celebration of the restaurant’s fresh new Mediterranean concept.


Led by Executive Chef Dennis Efthymiou, a native of Greece with Michelin-star experience, Studio Mediterranean celebrates bright, ingredient-driven dishes inspired by the flavors of the Mediterranean and the beauty of California’s coast. Guests enjoyed highlights like grilled lamb chops with pistachio-mint salsa verde, charred octopus in saganaki sauce, and a tableside horiatiki salad, paired with wines from across Greece, Europe, and California, and cocktails infused with unique Mediterranean flavors.



The redesigned space captures the relaxed elegance of seaside living, with natural light, ocean views, and a soothing palette of whites and neutrals. “Our mission is to make people feel free, to smile and enjoy – to feel at home,” shared Chef Efthymiou.
