NOBLEMAN’s second annual NOBLE Wine & Dine was one for the books! On a beautiful day in March, hundreds of VIP guests arrived at The Resort at Pelican Hill for an afternoon celebrating culinary excellence, fine wine, cocktails, and luxury brand activations, presented by Rolls-Royce, Roger Dubuis and Visit Newport Beach. We were honored to host renowned chefs, vintners, and sommeliers from around the world, including master Chef Curtis Stone, who has earned 2 Michelin stars for his restaurants Maude and Gwen in Los Angeles.

Guests were welcomed by luxurious cars from Rolls-Royce OC, a red carpet for photo opportunities, and acrobatic dancers before heading through the draped curtains. Inside, the Alexander Marine lounge was decorated with stunning models of their yachts, complemented by lavish Tidelli furniture, a photo booth, and exquisite wine selections from Lithology. Finally, stepping into the grand ballroom, esteemed chefs, sommeliers, mixologists, and luxury brands awaited, prepared to unveil their extraordinary talents.

The event began with delectable curated dishes prepared by renowned chefs, Chef Curtis Stone, NOBU Newport Beach, Chef Robert Alcocer of Valle, Chef Kyung Carroll of Pelican Hill Resort, Chef Michael Reed of Poppy & Seed, Chef Noah Von Blom of Arc Restaurants, Chef David Serus of Montage Laguna Beach, Chef Riley Huddleston of The Mayors Table, Chef Ben Martinek of Pendry Newport Beach, Chef Brian Han of ShariNori, and Chef Kenneth Anderson, private chef. Guests savored the experience by witnessing each dish being thoroughly crafted while engaging with the chefs and diving into the creative vision behind every culinary masterpiece. Featured ingredients included 100% grass-fed wagyu from First Light Farms and unlimited caviar sourced from Sterling Caviar. Guests were also treated to a grazing table presented by Visit Newport Beach, complemented by an assortment of delectable treats from Susie Cakes and Crepe Studio Catering for dessert.

Each dish was paired with an array of wines from prestigious vineyards such as The Setting Wines, DAOU Vineyards & Winery, Perrier-Jouet, Hundred Acre, Perus, Plinth, New Frontier Wine Co., Rusack, Carter Estate, and Morlet Family Vineyards. Guests also indulged in craft cocktails featuring Golden Eagle Vodka, Difference Coffee, Skorpios Tequila, and The Botanist Gin. For those seeking a classic touch, Peroni beer was also available along with refreshing mineral water from San Benedetto.
Throughout the evening, guests admired handcrafted knives from Aura California, tried on unique timepieces from Roger Dubuis, and savored the breathtaking sunset while enjoying music and lively conversation with both familiar and newfound friends. As the event drew to a close, guests heard from our NOBLEMAN founders and our esteemed guest of honor, Chef Curtis Stone. Our second annual NOBLE Wine & Dine event was a success! We are so thankful to all attendees and partners who made this event possible, we can’t wait for the next one!
