To kick off NOBLEMAN’s second annual NOBLE Wine & Dine weekend, we hosted a VIP Opening Reception Dinner with master Chef Curtis Stone at The Resort at Pelican Hill in Newport Beach. Presented by Rolls-Royce OC, Roger Dubuis and Visit Newport Beach, VIP guests were welcomed with a display of beautiful cars, including the opportunity to take a brand-new Rolls-Royce for a test drive. After photos on the red carpet, guests were invited to join an incredible sunset reception looking over the beautiful Pelican Hill golf course out to the coastline. All while enjoying cocktails from The Botanist Gin, Skorpios Tequila, Golden Eagle Vodka, and Difference Coffee, accompanied by wine from PLINTH and champagne from Perrier-Jouet, Sterling Caviar, small bites, and a surprise tasting of LOUIS XIII Cognac.
After the sunset, guests were welcomed to Pelican Hill’s Andrea Restaurant for a special 7-course dinner by Curtis Stone. Highlights from the courses included First Light Farms 100% Grass-fed New Zealand Wagyu Tartare, Crudo of Hamachi, Risotto of Duck Confit from Maple Leaf Farms, First Light Farms Elk from the pastures of New Zealand. Each course featured wine pairing by one of Napa’s finest, Lithology Wines, and refreshing mineral water from San Benedetto. In between courses, we were able to hear from Curtis Stone firsthand about his delicious creations and his inspiration for his Michelin-starred restaurants, Maude and Gwen.
Wrapping up the night, guests had the opportunity to view stunning one-of-a-kind watches from Roger Dubuis and hear from their brand president, Laurent Toinet. Alexander Marine added to the excitement with incredible models of their yachts, available for sale in Newport Beach. Wrapping up the night, we listened to live music, socialized with new and old friends, and enjoyed more craft cocktails and wine from our amazing liquor partners.
Thank you to all of our partners for your support in making this vision come to life. This was truly an unforgettable event and we’re excited for many more to come. Until next time!
