The much-anticipated NOBLE Wine & Dine weekend began with an unforgettable evening, presented by the iconic Graff. Held on the private patio of The Mayor’s Table at the beautiful Lido House Hotel in Newport Beach, this VIP, invitation-only dinner set the tone for an amazing weekend of fine dining, world-class wines, and luxury experiences.
As the sun set over the coast, guests were welcomed to an intimate setting with a selection of passed bites and craft cocktails from Golden Eagle Vodka, setting the mood for the evening. Skorpios Tequila and Peroni rounded out the beverage offerings, while Rolls-Royce Orange County brought the wow factor with a display of their newest, head-turning vehicles out front Lido.

Wine pairings, thoughtfully curated by Constellation Brands, included standout labels such as Lingua Franca, Double Diamond, Booker, Stag’s Leap, and Robert Mondavi, perfectly complementing each course of the evening.
Culinary direction was led by Executive Chef Riley Huddleston, who crafted an impressive three-course menu with an incredible dessert. Highlights included premium duck sourced from Maple Leaf Farms and a show-stopping main course featuring First Light Farms New Zealand Wagyu, a melt-in-your-mouth dish that brought richness and elegance to the table, leaving a lasting impression.

Luxury extended beyond the table. A dazzling display of Graff’s world-renowned diamonds added sparkle to the evening, highlighted by a live presentation where models showcased their iconic pieces. Guests also had the opportunity to hear directly from the Graff team, who shared the craftsmanship and inspiration behind the incredible brand.
A big thank you to our other partners in attendance who helped bring this evening come to life: Aura California, Howard’s Appliances, Monogram Appliances, Alexander Marine USA, Visit Newport Beach, The Zandbergen Group, and the elegant floral designs by L’Amour Toujours Flowers. The kickoff dinner was the perfect start to a weekend filled with exceptional flavors, luxury moments, and the signature spirit of NOBLE Wine & Dine.
