NOBLE WINE & DINE 2026 KICKOFF DINNER

The 2026 NOBLE Wine & Dine weekend officially kicked off with an extraordinary VIP Opening Dinner at The Resort at Pelican Hill, welcoming guests to an unforgettable evening celebrating world-class cuisine, exceptional wines, and luxury hospitality.

The evening began with exclusive test drives of the all-new Cadillac Celestiq, offering guests an intimate look at Cadillac’s most innovative and luxurious electric vehicle to date. As the sun began to set, the celebration moved to the terrace, where ocean views provided the perfect backdrop for an elegant cocktail reception featuring exceptional wines from Frank Family Vineyards, handcrafted cocktails with Golden Eagle Vodka, Silent Pool Gin, and Peroni, and premium Frosista Caviar. Guests also had the rare opportunity to mingle with NOBLEMAN Chef of the Year, Daniel Boulud while enjoying an exclusive tasting of Louis XIII Cognac and ultra-rare Gordon & MacPhail Scotch, adding another unforgettable luxury experience to the evening.

Guests were then welcomed for an intimate six-course dinner celebrating Chef Boulud’s extraordinary culinary legacy. The menu began with a course by Chef Daniel Boulud before continuing with five exceptional courses created by Chef Riley Huddleston of The Mayor’s Table, Chef Michael Reed of Poppy & Seed, Chef Daniel Hohng of The Park Club, Chef Pedro Almeida of The Resort at Pelican Hill, and Pastry Chef Lee Smith of Montage Laguna Beach. Each chef crafted a dish in honor of Chef Boulud, showcasing exceptional ingredients, including premium duck from Maple Leaf Farms and lamb from Lumina Farms, with every course thoughtfully paired with exceptional wines from Frank Family Vineyards. The evening was further elevated by an incredible fashion show from Eleventy Milano, bringing Italian elegance and craftsmanship to an already unforgettable experience.

Set against the breathtaking backdrop of Pelican Hill, the VIP Opening Dinner was the perfect beginning to a weekend dedicated to extraordinary food, remarkable wines, luxury experiences, and unforgettable memories.
