In an event that is sure to go down as one of the most significant for our beloved publication, the Noble House (which we affectionately also call our “headquarters”) held its grand opening. The red carpet and black-tie affair were attended by an exclusive crowd comprised of our friends, partners, and supporters, who came to experience this very special, and exquisitely- designed space. Imagined by Doug and Lydia Mclaughlin, NOBLEMAN Magazine’s co-founders, and more than ten months in the making, it is a very special place indeed.
Our guests were finally able to experience our interior design collaboration with Timothy Oulton, filled with treasures and finds that truly represent the Nobleman brand. Special thanks to our creative partners at Timothy Oulton, and John Hardy, whose craft jewelry unique pieces left people mesmerized by their beauty. Great bites by Davio’s restaurant, lovely floral arrangements by Square Root, and the exceptional bartending services of Behind The Glass, who wowed the crowd with unbelievable cocktails and theatrics that will leave an impression for a long time. Not to be outdone, the most fabulous and creative cheese and charcuterie table was designed just for the occasion by Delightful Table. Spirits were provided by the House of Carbonadi, and their spectacular premium vodka, whiskey by Monkey Shoulder, gin by Amass Distillery. Taittinger Champagne kept the bubbly flowing all night long at our dedicated ‘champagne bar’. Gurkha cigars added to the sophistication of the cool Newport Beach night with a variety of cigars that were thoroughly enjoyed by the eager and well-heeled crowd. And to put an exclamation point on the night, (and frankly, what’s the point of having a location by the water without a boat?) Sun Country Yachts outdid themselves with loaning us the spectacular and brand new 62″ Pershing yacht. Finally, our longstanding partners at Rolls-Royce Orange County set the tone for the evening with two of their fabulous cars, the Dawn, and the Cullinan. Add to this a special ribbon-cutting ceremony, and to say that it was a wonderful night would be a bit of an understatement.
