The newest creation from Renard Fillioux de Gironde is a precious bend of Eaux-de-vie passed down through 8 generations of master blenders. This unique blend will be encapsulated into the first Dames-Jeanne’s ever sold by Hennessy. Also called Demijohn, this name was first given to glass vessels with a small neck and large body enclosed in wickerwork, and is literally translated as “Lady Jane.” Used by Hennessy for centuries, these vessels have held the most precious Eaux-de-vie. 

This unique blend is a tribute by master blender Renaud Fillioux to his ancestors’ savoir faire. Assembling a unique blend every year, these Eaux-de-vie have experienced an unparalleled aging path and are distinguished through their impeccable elegance, structure, and age. 

The first Dame-Jeanne ever sold by the Maison will be an unfiltered blend, perfectly preserving the delicacy of the extremely rare Eaux-de-vie. Resulting in an uncompromising balance of complexity and finesse, these bottles are a wonderful experience on the palate, notes of candied orange and golden spices tinged with the rich aroma of fine cigars.
