Casa Todos Juntos

Some houses demand to be photographed; others demand to be lived in. Casa Todos Juntos is firmly the latter, which is exactly what makes it memorable. Set in Punta Mita, but not within the gates most people know, this home sits inside Bolongo, a smaller, more private enclave that feels removed in all the right ways. It’s quieter, more intimate, and positioned directly on the sand, where the Pacific isn’t a view, it’s part of the daily routine.

The premise sounds simple: bring people together, give them everything they could want, and let the house disappear. In practice, it’s incredibly hard to execute. At just over 14,000 square feet, Casa Todos Juntos has the scale of a boutique resort. Eight suites, indoor and outdoor living that blend without interruption, and a long-horizon pool that mirrors the ocean just beyond it. Step off the lower lawn, and you’re on the beach.

What anchors it all is the design. Clean, modern lines softened by warmth. The palette stays intentionally neutral, layered with natural wood, stone, and textures that feel considered but never overworked. The furniture follows the same philosophy, low, comfortable, and perfectly in tune with the space. Nothing fights for attention. Everything supports the setting. Even at this size, it never feels oversized. It feels balanced.

SEE MORE HERE

The layout does the real work. Eight suites are spaced with intention, giving privacy when you want it, while still keeping everyone connected. Outdoor showers, five of them, extend the experience beyond the walls in a way that feels natural here. The kitchen is a centerpiece, expansive, beautifully designed, and fully equipped. You notice it immediately, even if you never end up using it. We didn’t. The chefs took over completely, turning every meal into something to look forward to, not just something to plan around.

The first impression lands quickly. You walk in and the ocean is simply there, framed by clean architectural lines and walls of glass that make the house feel more like a lens than a structure. The design holds back deliberately, warm woods, soft neutrals, natural stone, so nothing competes with what’s outside. It’s confident restraint, and it works.

Mornings develop their own rhythm. Light moves through the house before anyone is fully awake, and the kitchen becomes the natural gathering point. Coffee, exactly how you like it. Fresh fruit, juices, breakfast already underway. The staff doesn’t wait to be asked. They just know. That tone carries through the day.

And the staff is a defining part of the experience. Two butlers, a full chef team, and housekeeping operate with a level of precision that never feels intrusive. Surfboards and SUPs show up at the house without coordination, ready for early sessions at the reef break just out front. It’s an easy paddle, clean waves, and warm water.

From there, the house opens completely. The main living area flows onto the pool deck without interruption. The pool is long enough to actually swim, positioned so the horizon fills your entire field of vision. There’s always a place to settle, always a reason to stay put. Beyond it, the beach becomes part of the living space. Paddleboards, ocean swims, or nothing at all.

Some guests choose to venture out, golf at the nearby Jack Nicklaus courses, explore, shop. We didn’t feel the need. The house holds your attention in a way that makes leaving feel optional at best.

Afternoons shift effortlessly into evenings. Craft cocktails begin to circulate. Music finds its way in. And then the setting takes over. A fire pit is set directly on the sand, where nights stretch a little longer than planned. Kids roasting marshmallows, adults leaning into conversation, the ocean just close enough to hear without competing. And almost every night, fireworks light up the sky from a nearby hotel or wedding. Not overwhelming, just enough to feel like a private show you didn’t plan but somehow timed perfectly.

The culinary program is as strong as anything you’d expect at this level. The food isn’t just good for a villa, it’s consistently excellent. Fresh, local, thoughtful, from relaxed lunches to multi-course dinners that feel considered without being overly formal. Coffee dialed in. Every detail handled.

And then there are the experiences that take it a step further. A massage on the patio, ocean waves in the background, no separation between setting and service. Or a private tequila tasting brought in by a local maker, set outside just before dinner. It’s interactive, surprisingly educational, and genuinely fun. One of those moments that becomes a highlight without trying too hard.

What separates Casa Todos Juntos from other homes at this level is how it handles scale. With up to 18 guests, you expect friction. You expect overlap. It never shows up. The suites are spaced with intention, giving everyone room when they want it, while the common spaces naturally pull the group back together.

By the third or fourth day, the house feels intuitive. You know where to sit in the morning, where to find shade in the afternoon, where the night will inevitably end. The staff anticipates without hovering. The logistics disappear.

The name translates to “a home where everyone can be together.” Simple in theory. Rare in execution. This house gets it right.

Rates begin around $5,000 per night, but the value isn’t just in the design or the location. It’s in how completely the experience comes together, and how easily you settle into it once you arrive.
