The Ferrari F8 Spider is souped up to be the absolute dream car of 2020. With Ferrari’s First Drive Program, NOBLEMAN was one of the first to take the F8 Spider for a spin. Here is a first look at the new auto. With the best engine in the last 20 years, we could immediately feel and hear the difference. The engine is a V8 Turbo with a maximum power of 720cv which is massive. These numbers are proof that Ferrari is achieving new heights not just for turbos but for engines all across the board. And we must admit, we are extremely impressed with this beautiful machine. Combined with power and maximum efficiency, the F8 Spider delivers an exciting performance. One that has stunned our team here at NOBLEMAN. Some quick stats; The F8 Spider goes 0-62 mph in 2.9 seconds and 0-124 mph in 8.2 seconds with a top speed of 211 mph. If you understand car language, you will also be impressed with the 710 horsepower at 8000 RPM and 568 lb-ft of torque down low at just 3250 RPM.
Now that we’ve covered the impressive engine, let’s discuss dynamics and design. Ferrari explains that the F8 Spider is “Elegant, powerful and made to be enjoyed” which we can definitely attest to. The state-of-the-art aerodynamics are notable seeing that the attention to detail from Ferrari GT was a priority. The design was centered around the retractable hard top of the F8 Spider as it is the most defining piece of the model. From there, the design goal was inspired by the V8 engine. The build maintains the iconic sporty design which compliments the cars advanced dynamics.
