NOBLEMAN’s third annual NOBLE Wine & Dine was truly one for the books. Over a picture-perfect weekend in Newport Beach, hundreds of VIP guests gathered at Pendry Newport Beach for a two-day celebration of culinary excellence, featuring a Saturday Grand Tasting followed by a Sunday Ultimate Brunch. The event spotlighted the very best in culinary artistry, world-class wines, handcrafted cocktails, and curated luxury brand activations.

We were honored to host renowned chefs, vintners, and sommeliers from around the world, including the legendary Chef Wolfgang Puck, the visionary behind globally acclaimed restaurants such as Spago and CUT. With multiple James Beard Awards and two Michelin stars, his impact on modern dining is unmatched, bringing his signature style and flavor to an already unforgettable weekend.

Guests were greeted in style with an impressive display of luxury vehicles from Rolls-Royce OC, a red carpet perfect for photo moments, and captivating acrobatic dancers setting the tone for an unforgettable two days. As they stepped through the draped curtains, they entered the grand ballroom, transformed into a beautiful walk-around experience where guests could mingle with acclaimed chefs, world-class winemakers, and explore a curated selection of luxury brand activations.

Both days began with delectable curated dishes prepared by renowned chefs, Chef Wolfgang Puck, NOBU Newport Beach, Chef Michael Reed of Poppy & Seed, Chef Riley Huddleston of The Mayors Table, Chef Ben Martinek of Pendry Newport Beach, Chef JoJo Ruiz from SET Steak & Sushi, Chef Ross Pangilinan of Mix Mix, Chef Erik de Marchi of Osteria, Chef Jessica Roy of 608 Dahlia, Chef Rich Mead of Farmhouse at Roger’s Garden, Chef Oliver Wolf of Yaamava’ Resort & Casino at San Manuel, and Olive Wood Pizza.

Guests had the unique opportunity to watch each dish come to life, engaging with the chefs and getting a firsthand look into the inspiration behind every culinary masterpiece. Featured ingredients included 100% grass-fed wagyu from First Light Farms, premium grass-fed lamb from Lumina Farms, top-quality duck from Maple Leaf Farms, and endless servings of luxurious Imperia Caviar. To top off the experience, Visit Newport Beach treated guests to an espresso martini and dessert pop-up, perfectly complemented by an assortment of incredible pies and desserts from Chef Dorothy Chao.

Each dish was thoughtfully paired with exceptional wines from renowned vineyards including Arrow & Branch, Double Diamond, Ruffino, Pahlmeyer, Lithology, Prestance, Walson Holland, Eleven Eleven, Lingua Franca, Mount Veeder Winery, Morlet Family Vineyards, Wiens Cellars, and Rusack. Guests also sipped on expertly crafted cocktails featuring Golden Eagle Vodka, Skorpios Tequila, Peroni, and a surprise tasting of LOUIS XIII Cognac, adding a spirited touch to the culinary experience.

Throughout the evening, guests explored a variety of luxury brand activations, from beautifully handcrafted knives by Aura California and rare timepieces from Happy Jewelers, to stunning kitchen innovations from Howard’s and Monogram Appliances. Alexander Marine created an elegant yacht-inspired lounge, while FirstTeam® Real Estate welcomed guests into their own stylish space to learn more about their premier real estate services. Guests also enjoyed a dedicated Yaamava’ bar, featuring a variety of their premium spirits and specialty cocktails crafted with Lynxx Bourbon. Additionally, we hosted a silent auction benefiting our charity partner, CASA OC, with all proceeds going directly to support their incredible work in the community.

Guests enjoyed an incredible atmosphere, complete with live music, a marching band, a DJ, and lively conversations with both familiar faces and newfound friends. As the evening drew to a close, attendees gathered to hear from our NOBLEMAN founders and our esteemed guest of honor, Chef Wolfgang Puck, where he was presented with the Chef of the Year award and proudly revealed his new cover in Issue No. 29 of NOBLEMAN.
Our third annual NOBLE Wine & Dine weekend was a success! We are deeply grateful to all the attendees and partners who made this event possible, and we can’t wait to do it all again at the next one!
